My recent stay at Martinas Place was absolutely delightful. The kitchen was well-equipped and the common spaces were inviting, providing plenty of opportunities to socialize. The highlight of my trip was the incredible bird-watching experience, with Scarlet Macaws and various parrots right outside my bedroom window. The location was also perfect, with beautiful beaches and hiking trails nearby. I highly recommend Martinas Place for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

The only minor drawback was the worn-out utensils in the kitchen. Additionally, the lack of a door on the room and the noise from the laundry area made us feel a bit less secure and exposed.

The location of the hotel is really nice, only around 3 minutes away from the beach. The rooms, kitchen, and bathrooms are clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The friendly staff and the lively atmosphere create a welcoming environment for socializing. Additionally, the hostel offers great value for money.

The communal area can get a little noisy in the evenings, depending on who's staying.

I recently stayed at Martina's Place in Drake Bay for a week and had an amazing experience. The hostel is spotless, with daily room cleanings and neatly made beds. It is conveniently located near the beach, restaurants, and supermarkets. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped, and the seating area offers a lovely view of the beautiful garden. Gabriella and Vincent, the owners, were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the area, organizing and guiding tours through the jungle, mangroves. Highly recommended!

I had a fantastic stay at Martinas Place! The owners were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make my trip unforgettable. They organized diving and a tour for me even before I arrived. They even took care of my favorite t-shirt that I left behind and got it back to me. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. The shared facilities were great, especially the well-equipped kitchen. And I can't forget to mention their adorable dogs, Bruno and Lucy, who even found me on the beach one day. I highly recommend this place for a fantastic stay in Drake Bay!

I had an excellent stay at Martina's. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Drake Bay. I was able to easily book tours to Corcovado National Park with the help of Martina and her staff. The private room I booked was comfortable and the accommodations were solid. The bathrooms were clean and well-maintained. I had a great experience at Martina's Place.

Great location and beautiful surroundings. the hotel was situated close to the beach and had plenty of opportunities for birdwatching, which was a highlight for me.

The room was small and uncomfortable. the bed was not comfortable to sleep in and the lack of air conditioning made the room hot and stuffy.

Owners took care of everything, booked activities, washed lost item, lent rubber boots, great location, knowledgeable host.

The noise level was really high, making it difficult to sleep. The rooms did not have soundproofing, allowing noise from other guests to easily disturb.
